The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and Gillian put us right at ease as we had no prior experience with this craft. Gillian is a mine of helpful information and the workshop was a really lovely way to spend a couple of hours on a dark winter's night. All necessary materials were provided and we all left the workshop with our own finished punch needle decoration. The workshop was intimate and definetly something you could attend either in a group or solo. The welcoming atmosphere was enhanced by the lovely studio space we were in at Gather in Kildare Town. I would definitely recommend any of Gillian's workshops and will be looking forward to an opportunity to do another one!

I absolutely loved it! The room was cosy and in a great location. The materials and tools were plentiful. The projects were perfect for beginners. The instruction and help was very clear. We had plenty of time to do everything. And I love my little Christmas tree!
