Learn the basics of punch needle embroidery in a calm, relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop. During this session, you’ll create your own customised tote bag using a choice of designed templates and premium-quality materials.

Leave with your finished piece and the confidence to continue creating at home. Perfect for a creative pause alone or with friends — no experience needed.

Craft Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Your workshop spot is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Free Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel up to 14 days before the workshop start date for a full refund.

3. Reduced Refund Window

  • If you cancel 7–13 days before the workshop, you receive a 50% refund. This helps cover administration and any reserved materials.

4. Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations 6 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.

5. Transfers & Credits

  • You may transfer your booking to another person or to a different workshop up to 7 days before the original workshop.

6. Workshop Cancellation by Us

  • If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen issues, you will receive:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A credit to use for a future workshop.
