Craft Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your workshop spot is confirmed once payment is received.
You may cancel up to 14 days before the workshop start date for a full refund.
If you cancel 7–13 days before the workshop, you receive a 50% refund. This helps cover administration and any reserved materials.
Cancellations 6 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.
You may transfer your booking to another person or to a different workshop up to 7 days before the original workshop.
If we cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen issues, you will receive:
A full refund, OR
A credit to use for a future workshop.
